Are your transfer prices fixed?
Yes. Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and are agreed on WhatsApp before departure. Your fixed quote covers the private vehicle, a licensed professional driver, fuel, tolls, passenger insurance, flight tracking and waiting time at arrivals. No meters, no surprises.
How does airport pickup work at Essaouira (ESU), Marrakech (RAK) and Casablanca (CMN)?
We track your flight in real time. Even if your flight is delayed, your chauffeur waits for you at arrivals with a sign showing your name and helps with your luggage.
Which vehicle should I choose for my group?
A berline or premium SUV (Kia Sorento, Skoda Kodiaq) for 1 to 4 passengers, a van (Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer) for 5 to 7 passengers, and a minibus (Renault Master) for 8 to 18 passengers. Tell us your luggage on WhatsApp and we confirm the right vehicle.
How and when do I pay?
You pay your driver at the end of the journey, in cash, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (EUR). No advance card deposit is needed.
Are child and baby seats free?
Yes. Baby seats and booster seats are free of charge on request. Mention them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Do you offer Jewish heritage tours and Rabbi Chaim Pinto Hiloula transfers?
