1. Who is responsible
GoTouris Mobility, operated by Anas Mounir in Essaouira 44000, Morocco, is responsible for the booking information it handles. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@gotouris.com or contact +212 628 864 386 on WhatsApp.
2. Information involved
The booking form asks for pickup location, destination, date, time, vehicle preference and passenger count. When you contact us, your messages may also include your name, telephone number, email address, flight details, accommodation, luggage and special requests. Please provide only information needed for the journey. Do not send payment-card details, passport copies or sensitive medical information through the form.
3. How the form and WhatsApp work
The website form prepares a message in your browser and opens a WhatsApp link containing the information you entered. This passes the prepared details to WhatsApp when the link opens, even before you send the message. GoTouris receives your inquiry when you send it. The form itself has no separate GoTouris booking database or payment processor. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy terms. You may instead contact us by email if you do not wish to use WhatsApp.
4. Why we use information
We use inquiry and booking details to answer questions, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver transport, track the flight you identify, coordinate pickup, communicate changes, handle complaints and maintain records needed for applicable obligations. Fields marked as required are needed to prepare a usable transfer request. Without necessary journey details we may be unable to quote or arrange transport. Optional details should be limited to what helps us meet your request.
5. Who receives information
Relevant GoTouris staff and the driver arranging or carrying out your journey may need your contact, pickup, destination, flight and passenger details. Technology providers involved in website hosting, email and WhatsApp may process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Booking information is to be used for service delivery and administration, rather than sold for advertising.
6. Website services, cookies and external links
The supplied website code does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts or its own cookies. It loads styling from the Tailwind CDN and fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts those providers and may share technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Website hosting may also generate technical access logs. Following Instagram or WhatsApp links opens third-party services, whose own privacy and cookie practices apply. The absence of cookies in the page code does not mean those external services or the hosting environment collect no information.
7. International processing
WhatsApp, email, hosting and external website services may involve processing outside Morocco. Their locations and safeguards depend on the providers used. Any international transfer arranged by GoTouris must comply with applicable Moroccan data-protection requirements; this notice does not itself replace required formalities or approvals.
8. Retention and security
Booking information should be retained only for as long as needed to handle an inquiry, deliver the service, resolve a related dispute or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and then deleted or anonymised. Retention may differ between booking records, correspondence and provider backups. Contact us for information about the records relating to your booking. Access should be restricted to people who need it for these purposes. No internet or messaging service can guarantee complete security.
9. Your rights and choices
Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you may exercise applicable rights of access, rectification and opposition. Where the law provides, you may also request erasure or blocking of information, including inaccurate or outdated data. Send your request to contact@gotouris.com, identifying the booking or correspondence concerned. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also contact Morocco’s CNDP about a data-protection concern.
10. Children and policy updates
An adult should arrange transport for children and share only the child-related details needed for safe travel, such as a child-seat requirement. We may update this notice if our booking process or website services change. The updated date identifies the current version.
